Kesla Forsythe, Registered Psychotherapist

Over the past 15 years I have worked and volunteered in a wide range of health care settings including institutional health organizations, community health, harm reduction, overdose prevention, private clinics and drug and alcohol rehabilitation.  

I have a Master of Education in Counselling & Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto (OISE). I have also received a Diploma in Mental Health & Addictions with Honours from Humber College, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Toronto Metropolitan University. I have completed the Intensive Sex Therapy Training Program at Guelph University, and have additional training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) .  

As privileged as I am to have received formal education and training in professional institutions I place significant value on my lived experiences.
