Our first session will begin like any other therapy session with typical history taking and intake questions. We will discuss your goals or concerns, which often includes exploring the values and beliefs that create the felt-sense of your sexual being and inform your sexual landscape.
For some concerns, I may require you to obtain a medical assessment with a General Physician, Urologist or OB-GYN. For many clients, this is where our treatment begins, addressing the factors preventing you from taking those steps.
Sex Therapy is talk therapy. There is no contact between therapist and client. Depending on your concerns I may prescribe:
